Term 4 - Newsletter 3

Dear Parents

Thank you to those who have already completed and returned your Parent Questionnaires.   Your views are important to us and will help shape our future setting plan!   Please could the remaining questionnaires be returned by 20th March.

My Unique Progress records will be sent out, by each key person, the last week of term 4 for your information and input.   Please return them promptly as they help us to prepare for our morning Parent Consultations and future planning.  

Parent Consultations will take place after the Easter Holiday from 27 April onwards, for morning parents only.     Afternoon parents have access to their key person in the afternoons, so please speak to them regarding your child’s progress, you do not need to wait for a consultation.                                           

Event:                         Red Nose Day

Date:                            Friday 13 March

Clothes required:      Wear red item of clothing

Money etc required:  £1 fine

Details of event:        Money raised goes to Red Nose Day Appeal.

 

Event:                         Monday Lunch Club (Term 5 and 6)

Date:                            20th April to 13th July. 12.00-1.30pm each Monday     

What else is required: Bring packed lunch and a drink in clearly named lunch box

Money etc required:  £37.50 (£7.50 each), cheques made payable to Bradbourne Park Preschool

Details of event:        Children to attend 5 Lunch Clubs in total (on alternate Mondays).

Week 4 – Billy goats gruff/Three little pigs

  • Bridge from climbing frame
  • House/den building
  • Paper mache eggs & baskets for Easter Eggstravaganza

Week 5 – Nursery rhymes/Easter

Our SENCO are Karen Catt and Tammy White.  If you have any concerns about your child’s development please speak with your key person and our SENCO.

Please familiarise yourselves with our policies, some are on our website or a hard copy of all our policies are kept in pre-school.

 

Notice Boards in Lobby:

The uncollected children procedures and sick child procedures, information on free early education places for 2, 3 and 4 year olds and a plethora of other information is available for parents.   Please ask if you would like further information on anything of interest.
