Gold Book - We All Shine!

Every Friday afternoon Phase One holds a very special Gold Book Assembly.

This is a time for us to come together to celebrate the successes from the week gone by and share some of the learning we have been doing in our classes.

As part of this assembly, we share the names of the children that have been chosen to be in the Gold Book. Each Class Teacher chooses two children from their class who have had a particularly good week. For example, a child could be chosen because they have been very polite or helpful. They may also be chosen for a specific piece of work or because they have been a really good friend.

The children who were in the Gold Book this week were:

Joseph - for an amazing attitude towards learning for Term 3 and 4!  We're so proud of you!
Alysia - for her super sentences and drawings she created during learning choices - what a star!
Cara - for her lovely enthusiasm for learning
Leo - for working so hard on his writing
Archie - for excellent concentration with his independent writing and maths this week
Jessie - for excellent effort in everything she does at school, Jessie is a superb learner
Florence - for taking on a lead role in our assembly with zero notice - a real team player!
Charlie - for a super piece of independent maths work
ALL of 1B for being phonics superstars - well done!
Zach - for working so hard on his phonics and reading
Julia - for great participation in phonics
