KS2 Christmas Celebration Service

The Key Stage 2 Christmas Celebration Service will be held at St. John the Baptist Church in Quakers Hall Lane (off St. John’s Hill) on Friday 18th December 2015 at 2.00pm.

The Key Stage 2 Christmas Celebration Service will be held at St. John the Baptist Church in Quakers Hall Lane (off St. John’s Hill) on Friday 18th December 2015 at 2.00pm.

As in previous years, we kindly ask parents not to take their seats until after the children have taken their places – we need to ensure that we have sufficient pew space for all pupils/staff – thank you!  Parents are very welcome to wait in the Church Hall (next door) from 1.30pm, where our SPSA will be providing some festive refreshments.

If you are attending, you are welcome to collect your child/children from the Church immediately after the Service. Should you wish to do so, please complete the permission slip attached and return it to your child’s class teacherEach class will hold its own list of pupils being collected, so please ensure you return ONE SLIP PER CHILD.  Collection arrangements will be explained fully at the Church – if we do not make contact with the parent/carer named on the attached form, the children will be walked back to school.

All children not being collected from the Church will return to school however this may be later than 3.20pm due to the later start time and the subsequent walk back to the school.

We hope you will join us to sing some of your favourite carols - at the end of the service there will be a retiring collection in aid of Shelter and Crisis at Christmas.
