Gold Book - We All Shine!

Every Friday morning Phase One holds a very special Gold Book Assembly.

This is a time for us to come together to celebrate the successes from the week gone by and share some of the learning we have been doing in our classes.

As part of this assembly, we share the names of the children that have been chosen to be in the Gold Book. Each Class Teacher chooses two children from their class who have had a particularly good week. For example, a child could be chosen because they have been very polite or helpful. They may also be chosen for a specific piece of work or because they have been a really good friend.

The children who were in the Gold Book this week were:

Leopards:
Maria - for being so creative & making an amazing pop-up toy (twice)
David - for fantastic numeracy work & brilliant drawings

Lions:
Mylo & Noah - for lovely ideas & enthusiasm about everything we do

Tigers:
Eloise - for trying so hard to write her own sentences & for being a 'Candle Time' superstar
Joey - for being so helpful this week & for concentrating so hard on his drawings, telling us all about them

1A:
Tom - for being such a good friend & supporting others
Alex - for being a good friend & looking after others

1B
Mateo - for writing a super 'Poles Apart' story
Emily - for super phonic work

1C:
Finley - for a fantastic effort at Literacy & Numeracy
Lucas - for a great effort in completing his sound work

WELL DONE!
