Gold Book - We All Shine!

Every Friday morning Phase One holds a very special Gold Book Assembly.

This is a time for us to come together to celebrate the successes from the week gone by and share some of the learning we have been doing in our classes.

As part of this assembly, we share the names of the children that have been chosen to be in the Gold Book. Each Class Teacher chooses two children from their class who have had a particularly good week. For example, a child could be chosen because they have been very polite or helpful. They may also be chosen for a specific piece of work or because they have been a really good friend.

The children who were in the Gold Book this week were:

Lions:
Max - for doing beautiful handwriting
Henry - for listening so well in class & on our trip to Ladyland Farm

Leopards:
Nicole - for brilliant tidying up & amazing handwriting
Amelia & Nibras - for being so well behaved & enthusiastic on the trip to Ladyland Farm

Tigers:
Imogen - for sharing some excellent information on our trip to the farm
Alan - for listening carefully during our farm visit

1A:
Sebastian - for trying so hard to finish his work this week
Tara - for amazing reading & answering questions

1B
Connie & Martha - for super planet information booklets

1C:
Samuel - for being really kind & thoughful by bringing Jenna a blue pen when she couldn't find one
Teddie - for showing how much he likes writing by writing loads of sentences in our ICT Alien profile task
